How does the subscription work?
Your subscription renews automatically each month. One envelope ships during the first week of every month. Subscribe by the 25th to receive the following month's envelope.
For example:
• Subscribe by September 25 to receive the October envelope.
• Subscribe between September 26 and October 25 to receive the November envelope.
Cancel anytime before your next billing date to stop future renewals.
When will I be billed?
Your first payment is processed immediately when you subscribe. After that, your subscription automatically renews on the same day each month unless canceled.
What is a collection?
Her, Somewhere releases a new themed collection every few months. Each collection has its own emotional world, its own women, its own somewhere.
- Collection I: In Transit runs October 2026 through January 2027.
- Collection II begins February 2027.
Collections simply mark a new season of stories. You are not committing to an entire collection.
Your subscription renews each month and continues into the next collection unless you cancel before your next billing date
When will my envelope arrive?
Envelopes are mailed during the first week of each month. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for US orders and up to 10-21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.
Can I track my order?
To keep Her, Somewhere affordable, envelopes are sent through the postal service and do not include tracking.
How can I update my address or account details?
You can update your shipping address, billing info, and subscription details through your account portal at any time.
