Refund policy

Due to the nature of our monthly mail subscription and paper goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at hello@hersomewhere.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photograph of the issue so we can assist you.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next renewal date. Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund orders that have already been processed.
